On new iPhone couldnt get through the day. This app runs the GPS all the time. Runs the battery dead real fast.

So far, so good. Havent experienced anything wrong with this app.

AT&T is charging you $3/month for this apps services, which duplicate free iCloud and findmyiphone services you already have. Make sure you ask them to remove this from your bill. You do not need this service to also participate in their insurance scam.

I only installed this app as a condition of the family protection plan so we will be covered in the event that a device is lost or broken. We dont use it for data back up. In fact, we will not be using it for anything at all. So if youre only expectation is that you will be covered in case of damage or theft, then this app could not possibly let you down.

This app has not completely backed up my phone since I got it. It is a total waste of $10/mth. I have contacted AT&T, deleted & downloaded, and nothing. I get "unable to complete backup" every morning!

This app doesnt work. It hangs, it takes days to back-up data. It cant be stopped. Horribly flawed for something that is a paid service.

Ive been trying for a year to back my phone up on this app and it NEVER works. My iCloud is full so I thought this would be a great alternative. Nope.

Terrible app does NOT work! Why has this not been fixed yet LOOK at the horrible reviews! Get with the program already AT&T!

Worst app...useless. Fails constantly. Tired if uninstalling/reinstalling, still to get nowhere. I cant believe I am paying for such crap. You would think AT&T could do better than this

While other users may have said that their videos took a long time to back up, I have 13 that have not even been recognized by the program and have not been backed up. Contacts and photos seem to back up fine but videos just dont.

Pro tech was patient and admitted she could not figure out why one of my aps did not download as expected. Made me a store appt. The tech there wasnt sure either, but by trying a coupla of things, it worked. Shockingly, the Pro tech called me back after my appt. to see if we had figured it out. She was so happy to learn something she didnt know before so she could help her future customers. Fantastic service!

I have extremely fast wifi. 45mbps download & 5.5-6 Mbps upload. This app will stall for 20 minutes and then notify me the back up failed. The is app is a failure! Great concept if AT&T and their app would deliver.

How do you use the locate your device feature if your device is missing? Using iCloud for backup. Only enough storage with this app for almost nothing. Uninstalling now.

Upgraded to a new iPhone and now the app no longer works, giving me a failure response with each backup attempt. I called for tech help - which was a waste of time, transferred 4xs and then sent into an abyss of a 20 minute wait for no one to ever come to the line! What am I really paying for?!

Ok so the app works as it was designed to.... But it has caused my phone to randomly crash and restart many many times when Im open and closing apps or placing phone calls. In order to stop the restarting I had to delete the app and restore my phone. A big pain.... by the way Im on the SE so I do not know if it does on the 6 or later.

Cant even use the app. It tells me that I am not connected to a network on either device Im using - which I am. Tried WiFi and cellular and will not let me in.

Its a great idea and nice to have the 50gb of cloud storage but I have to delete and reinstall the app every other time I try to back up my phone. A person would think that ATT would have an app that works. This is the worst APP Ive ever seen.

Great app to have AT&T claims but will not backup if your IPhone had been updated to recent 10.1 upgrade. AT&T representatives continue to say "we are working on correcting it" but dont expect it to happen. Still may work for tracing phone if you lost it they claim.

Why does this app claim you can backup 50GB when its a paltry 250mb?!! HUGE difference, so in reality it barely backups anything. Complete waste of time. Zero stars.
