Many, many reviews about the app not working but no updates. App is still not working.

Fix the bugs! Backup hangs up in photos and videos so you have to manually stop and then of course your backup is incomplete. I will not upgrade my phone until I know my data will restore.

Data backups have been inconsistently incomplete over WiFi. Its a know fact after taking to their tech support that the app has a tendency to hang. No reason why. Its solution is to uninstall/reinstall the app when that happens. Im willing to work with the app development team to fix it.

I have been trying to complete a back up for a month now and the app no longer wants to work. Fix this please

One star is way too many. The app wont transfer photos or videos, even with a strong wifi signal and an über fast internet connection.

This app has great features, is theoretically user-friendly, and has a great concept. The app never works properly, though. The idea is to backup files that are new since your last backup. The app has to be reinstalled after every backup, otherwise it attempts to backup all files, whether they are new since the last backup or not. For example, on day 1, one may have 300 photos on there phone. Those 300 are backed up successfully. Day 7, there may be 350 photos on the phone. The app attempts to backup all 350 photos instead of only the 50 new photos. The user has to reinstall the app then the app will backup the balance of 50 photos to the already backed up 300 photos. The functionality of this app is horrific.

For a service I pay extra to use, it should work. Nope. Whatever theyve done lately hadnt helped. It will not back up. It will just sit there all night and nothing will go to the backup. Ive tried wifi and over the cell network.

Received my letter in mail that I was able to use the app and have 50g of storage. Downloaded the app and only showed 250mb for storage. App has no where to chat with customer tech like the letter said and the website support said there was a way to click in the app. The website sucked too! Once you tried to go where you were supposed to it just kept asking you to login again. COME ON AT&T

This app doesnt backup my photos AT ALL!! The contacts and videos go through just fine, but when I go to back up the photos, it consistently says "backup failed." Please fix this issue!!!!!

This app worked fine until a month ago. Now it will not back up my photos. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

App still doesnt work. Wont back anything up and cant locate my phone.

When I go to back up all it does is scan, it will not back up anything.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Wont back up pics or videos, called support that cant seem to find a way to support. Gave up and deleted...

Application opens for a second then closes

I bought the 16 gig phone instead of 64 because they told me I could get 50gb of space for free by signing up for insurance. At first I thought that was on the phone itself, only to find out at the end of the transaction that it was through this app. I would love to back up my content through this app if would actually do it. But it tells me theres not enough space on my phone!! Isnt that the point of the app? To let me back up this stuff to the cloud so I can delete it off my phone? Literally no point I might as well trade in this phone for the 64 gig for the amount of time and money wasted trying to figure this out and having to delete and back things up constantly.

App will not back up videos even after repeated reloads and repeated back up attempts. Customer support is not able to provide any solution.

If you have an iPhone back up your settings configuration and all your documents through the iCloud because this app is garbage.

I got great help with a question but, I was told if you lose your phone you have to start over with a new phone installing all your apps and content downloading them from the web. Its more like insurance with a huge deductable.
