I downloaded the app over 2 weeks ago and still cant use it. It was giving me errors ever since I downloaded and tried to login by saying I wasnt connected to an internet source. Once it let me "login" it continued to give errors and I had no idea what was happening. I called the 1-800 number and the woman told me she would put in a ticket and have someone call me back within 72 hours. It has been almost 2 weeks now. I will be calling back again today. Meanwhile I tried to login online and it told me my number was invalid. Obviously everything I tried to login didnt even work.

Dont load it.

Not worth the time to try this. I wish there was somebody to warn me about the ATT PRO SERVICE (not service) before I bought in to it. Service was piss poor. The CSRs didnt look at the history on my account but they were all convinced that if I deleted it and reloaded the app all would be right with the world. Im leaving for Verizon. At least they have people who I can talk with. Even the ATT REPS that tried to keep me from switching carriers lost my call and never called me back. That was the last straw for me. Tomorrow Im going to call their billing department and request a refund for the 2 months I have fooled around with their app.

Im tired of reinstalling this piece of crap, its useless!!!

Bad App

Not working from the get go. Many error messages. Had to reinstall. Tried to backup & didnt work. Pretty much useless.

Photo backup doesnt work

I just got the app, selected photo back up and out of 2000 photos it backed up 5. I called support and tried a number of things and got same result. The contact support feature worked wonderfully and the support person tried, but still photo back up didnt! They opened trouble ticket. Maybe add feature to select photos to backup or add feature in Apple photos to back up to Protection app. Some how google photo works, one drive, FLICKR, and all my other photo apps work and can backup my photos, but your app cant. Please fix your app because at this point it is useless except for contacting support; which was great! What good is a backup app that DOESNT BACKUP ANYTHING!!! Your app is like a cat that doesnt catch mice in a grain depo; USELESS! If it worked, it would be great, PLEASE FIX IT!!!

Backups Always Fail

I have tried multiple times using various networks to try and backup my photos but it always moves incredibly slowly (9 photos in the space of an hour) and after maybe four hours it gives up and fails. I have about 600 photos and the most it ever managed to backup was 58 of them. And each time I try, it tries to back up photos its already backed up. Somehow it claims to have used 1.1 GB of my 50 GB allotment which is no way accurate for the small number of photos it claims to have uploaded each time unless it is storing multiple copies of each. This is useless.

Not once have I been able to complete a backup of my contacts, photos or videos. Whats the deal?

App does not work

Cant connect or gets error. Never worked before or after update. I hope the insurance works better than the app if needed.

Backing up photos

Took three days but finally backed up all 700+ photos. I attribute this time frame to sluggish Internet. Cant comment any further as I havent had to actually use any of the features this app provides.

Worst app ever. Crashes ALL of the time. Be aware if you have the mobile protection plus package included with your mobile insurance you are paying for this app and its service.

Horrible

Does not let you log in. I put in my phone number and password and it tells me to enter a valid email. Calls to customer service are met with "your email is valid, I dont know whats wrong". Awful, just awful app.

I should have read the reviews first

Lousy app! It crashed as soon as it opened. Waste of time.

App Shutdown

The app has bugs, every time I open the app, it closes one or twice and when it finally stays open, when I put in my password it says invalid login, put a valid email address. Also, because of this, I have to log in on the Internet and it internet cant locate my phone.

needs complete overhaul

I was looking forward to using the cloud storage to back up my photos and everything appeared to be working until it stopped at 50 photos. Now I am unable to even open the app without it shutting down immediately. Theres a lot of promise for this app, if it actually worked. The fact that phone and protection plans cost so much money should, in my opinion, guarantee an amazing product. Try again, ATT. In the meantime other users should find another backup program if they want to keep their photos, videos, and contacts secure.

Poor attempt

Why would AT&T release an app that was designed this poorly? Somebody needs to be fired. The app is completely unable to upload to their cloud after just a few photos. What is the point of having 50gb of storage if you cant use but a couple of mbs? Hoping they release an update soon that addresses these issues. I pay a premium for AT&T over other carriers and I expect premium service.

Ditto. Frustrating and useless

Same experience. Crashes, buggy. Generally frustrating. How can little cottage cos create great apps but ATT puts out garbage? Fascinating.

Doesnt work

This really should work, its paid for through an AT&T service. Location services work, but nothing else really does what it should. Backups arent automatic (they are in other oss), notifications never appear and manual backups tend to fail - sometimes repeatedly. Ill be manually backing up my phone with something that works.

Frustrating

Just keeps kicking me out of the app. Trying to file claim, but just keeps sending me around and around.
