AT&T Protect Plus App Reviews

New update today is same! This update to the redesign still does work great, I only back up contacts and now takes forever compared to what it used to be. Also does not remember settings, I set it to contacts only in when I go to do the backup, everything is selected and when I go back to the settings, everything is selected again. After the backup is done, it wont take away the indication on the icon telling me I need to backup still.

Trying to create a new account all day. Keeps saying "experiencing technical difficulties" thought having this app was supposed to make it easier to get tech help. What good is it if you cant use the app and still have to call customer service. Very disappointed!

I have to agree with the other two reviews. I also tried to make an account and it says its experiencing technical difficulties. Id love to use this app, but it doesnt seem to want to be used. Please get this fixed.

This app will not activate. The site just freezes every time I attempt to activate the account. I would like to use it but I cant get into it.

Got mailer from AT&T praising app and announcing that if I downloaded it I would get 50gb of cloud storage. Downloaded app and eventually got to cloud backup. Found they only give 250mb and at the apps download rate it would take about 200 hrs to backup a relatively small amount of data. I spend $4000 per year on AT&T services and this all I get? Dont waste your time on this.

Never completes a back up. Crashes, then sends multiple reminders about how long ago you backed up.

App is not working. Very disappointing. Worked well for 6 months or so. Now it cant even complete a backup. Needs an update, when will that happen?

Wow...glad to see Im not the only one who cant get this to work...Ive been trying for nearly a month or so and was hoping nothing was compromised. Not happy with this at all!

App no longer works. I thought it was just me, but appears a lot of others are having the same problem. No longer backs up data.

When I first downloaded this app worked great. Now it backs up contacts but hangs on photos. Needs help

This app is awful. I managed to get it to backup a few photos but it took hours and then stopped backing up altogether.

This was a great app. Not now. Wont back up. Tech support cant fix. This is a paid app! Come on!
