Backups Always Fail

I have tried multiple times using various networks to try and backup my photos but it always moves incredibly slowly (9 photos in the space of an hour) and after maybe four hours it gives up and fails. I have about 600 photos and the most it ever managed to backup was 58 of them. And each time I try, it tries to back up photos its already backed up. Somehow it claims to have used 1.1 GB of my 50 GB allotment which is no way accurate for the small number of photos it claims to have uploaded each time unless it is storing multiple copies of each.

This is useless.
