Doesnt find phone or blip contacts

This app is supposed to backup photos and contacts and find your phone but it locates the phone to a 100 to 200 foot diameter though google Maps will show location to a room in my house. As for contacts it doesnt request access to contacts in permissions/privacy so it fails each back and notifies you of the failure each time it also doesnt have automated backup but "notifies"you to do the backup. My photos are backed up to Flicker so all I need is contacts.
Overall very frustrating.
