I wish I could give it negative stars!

One star is way too many. The app doesnt recognize new contacts, photos, or videos. Just to test it, I synced the phone and immediately added a contact, shot a photo, and made a video. Then I sync again--and it tells me "no new content" in all 3 categories.

Useless!
